Road, Santacruz (W), Mumbai 400 054 is in the name of the parents of the applicant. The applicant himself is the judgment debtor. This chamber summons has not been taken out by the owners of the flat. Mr.Suryavanshi seeks leave to withdraw this chamber summons with liberty to take out fresh chamber summons in the name of the owners of the flat for vacating order of attachment.
