The Petitioner is granted letters of administration to the property and credits of the deceased Dinesh Mangaroo Prajapati alias Dinesh Kumar Prajapati. The deceased was a widower. Apart from the Petitioner, there are two other legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased, namely, son and married daughter of the deceased. The grant was made as an uncontested matter on the basis of consent affidavits filed by these legal heirs and next of the kin. The Petitioner now proposes to gift the immovable property of the deceased, being a room in a co-operating housing society standing in the name of the deceased, to his aunt Urmila Suresh Prajapati as per a draft gift deed which is annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judges Order. The other two legal heirs of the deceased have given consent affidavits
