The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by Mr. Shreevats Goel, director of the Defendant, Ms. Nivedita Bagwe, Authorized Signatory of the Plaintiff, both of whom are personally present in Court. The Advocates for the parties have also signed the Consent Terms.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order and not contrary to law, have been drawn by the parties of their own volition without any fraud, coercion or undue influence, in reflection of their 20th December 2016

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the consent Terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with. Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

A scanned copy of the Consent Terms is to be separately uploaded with today's date as Order No. 2.

The Notice of Motion is infructuous and is disposed of as such.
