The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal since the company petition is already withdrawn. Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of. Since the Official Liquidator is discharged by an order dated 25th January, 2017 passed by the learned Single 1 / 2

APPL. 406-16 Judge, he shall not act on any orders that have been passed by this Court.
