Defendant no.1 has been served on 8.2.2017 and affidavit of service of one Mani S.Raj affirmed on 15.2.2017 has been tendered. The same is taken on record. No affidavit in reply has been filed opposing either the Leave petition or the Notice of Motion. Nobody has entered appearance for the defendants. Therefore, KJ

NMSL3149.16-31 LEAVE PETITION NO.331/2016 Leave petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a). NOTICE OF MOTION (L) NO.3149 OF 2016 Notice of Motion is also allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) & (b).

Notwithstanding the disposal of the Notice of Motion all objections to be removed and Notice of Motion to be numbered within two weeks from today.
