Mr.Damle, Learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. He also seeks permission to withdraw Chamber Summon with liberty to incorporate challenges proposed therein in the fresh petition. Writ petition and Chamber Summon are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
