The Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad. The look-outcircular is issued against the Applicant. The Applicant is a guarantor to the loan amount.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank submits that huge amount is outstanding against the Applicant. The Applicant is not repaying the amount.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is required to travel to Dubai, as his daughter stays at 1/3

Dubai and she has delivered a child. The wife of the Applicant has passed away. The Applicant, earlier also was permitted to travel abroad.

In view of the request made, we pass the following order: a.

The Applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai from 22nd September 2022 to 3rd November 2022, on following conditions: i.

The Applicant shall file an affidavit with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court giving details of the itinerary so also the affidavit shall state that the Applicant shall return back to India on 3rd November 2022. ii.

The Applicant shall disclose on affidavit all his assets, movable as well immovable.

iii.

The affidavit shall be filed with the Prothonotary and a copy of the same shall be handed over to the bank. iv.

Considering huge amount outstanding, the Applicant shall travel by Economy class only.

v.

The Look-out-Circular shall not be an impediment for the Applicant to travel from 22nd September 2022 to 3rd November 2022.

vi.

The Bank shall inform the Immigration Authority accordingly.

vii.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
