Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). ii.

The Plaintiff after retaining samples and giving written notice to the Defendants may destroy the goods, possession of which has been taken by the Court Receiver from the Defendants and handed over to the Plaintiff.

iii.

The Plaintiff shall remove office objections within a period of

The service of the Writ of Summons on the Defendants is waived.

v.

The Defendants to file their Written Statement on or before 29th June, 2015.

vi.
