We would accept the objection as urged on behalf of the respondents, as the proceedings were in fact to be filed before the Nagpur Bench of this Court. As the proceedings are pending, we are of the opinion that it will be in the interest of justice that the present proceedings itself are transferred to Nagpur Bench of this Court. Let the registry take appropriate steps within a period of one week from today.
