The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Undertakings recorded in the Consent of Terms are accepted.

In view of the disposal of the Company Petition, the Company Application pending, if any, stands disposed of. 4.

It is made clear that in case of any default as contemplated in terms of consent terms, the company petition shall stand revived and admitted. In that event, the Official Liquidator shall also be appointed as provisional liquidator. The parties are at liberty to apply, if necessary. No order as to costs.
