Learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 10th January,2019 duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Insofar as defendant no.1-B is concerned, the consent terms are signed by the Constituted Attorney of the defendant no.1-B. A copy of the power of attorney is annexed to the consent terms. 3.

Undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. 4.

Suit as well as notice of motion, chamber summons are disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

In view of the disposal of the suit, interlocutory proceedings pending, if any, are also disposed of.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 7.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of the consent terms and this order.
