The petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching the Learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal under the provisions of the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act. In that view of the mater, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is rejected.
