Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This arbitration petition seeks post Award Order under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Admittedly, there is no execution proceeding pending as on date. In the premises, no interim protection can be ordered on the petitioner's application/ petition. The petitioners feel an apprehension about strong-arm tactics being used by the Respondent for recovery of the loan amount, despite the fact that there has been a settlement between the parties and the petitioners are willing to stand by that settlement. spb/ 23arbp1271-16.odt Learned counsel for the Respondent states that his client has neither resorted to, nor is interested in resorting to any strong-arm tactics including deputation of any burkhaclad women to the Petitioner's premises for recovery of its dues. The statements are accepted.
The Respondent is at liberty to apply to the executing court for recovery of its dues.
In the premises, the Petition is dismissed.
