The present Judges Order seeks return of original documents concerning the properties of the deceased kept with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court in lieu of surety for the Applicant, who was a minor at the time of the grant. The Applicant is the son of the deceased. The Applicant has now become a major and seeks return of original documents. The application is allowed. A separate Judges Order is signed to that effect.
