The petition seeks probate of the last will and testament of the deceased Pervez Minoo Mistry. The Petitioners are the executrix and executors of the will. The Petitioners jointly apply for opening of the bank locker held in the name of the deceased and his predeceased mother for making an inventory of the contents and depositing the keys with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court. The application is allowed. A separate Judges Order to that effect is signed. Anyone or more of the Petitioners may remain present at the time of opening of the locker in pursuance of this order.
