In furtherance of the order passed by us on 8th April 2019, an affidavit in reply has been presented by the respondent No.3-Shambhuraje Babanrao Wable, City Survey Officer explaining the steps taken by him for complying with the directions issued on 28th October 2014 by the District Superintendent of Land Record, Mumbai (DSLR). On perusal of the affidavit-in-reply, it is revealed by us that the implementation of directions has been ultimately delayed by the Respondent No.3. The respondent No.3 to comply with the directions issued by DSLR and record the entries in the name of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today. 20-wp-3410-2018.doc the petitioner would be subject to outcome of the petition presented by the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay challenging the order passed by the learned District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
