What is challenged in this Petition is an order dated 15 February 2010 passed by the Respondent No.2-Electricity Ombudsman. Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the matter would require to be considered afresh and that the matter be accordingly remanded by setting aside the impugned order.

In these circumstances, by consent the following order is passed:

O R D E R

(i) The impugned order is set aside.

2/2 wp-2642-10.doc (ii) The matter is remanded to Respondent No.2-Electricity Ombudsman to decide Representation No.144 of 2009 afresh.

(iii) All contentions of both parties are kept open. (iv) Since the Petition is of the year 2009, it is desirable that the Respondent No.2-Electricity Ombudsman decides the Representation expeditiously.
