The present Judges order is sought in pursuance of a grant of letters of administration to the property and credits of the deceased Bhagwan Gobindram Gurnani. The Judges Order is sought for permission to sell immovable property of the deceased in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the draft agreement for sale annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judges Order and distribution of the sale proceeds among legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased. The only two legal heirs of the deceased are the Applicant herself and her sister Ms. Renu Kishor Mulani, who has affirmed a consent affidavit which is produced along with the affidavit in support of the Judges Order. The application is allowed. A separate Judges Order is signed to that effect.
