Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 1352 of 2019 is between the society and the developer. The disputes are settled. Consent terms are tendered. These have been signed on behalf of the society by the Chairman, the Secretary and the Treasurer and by the Director of the Respondent. The Advocates for the parties have also signed the consent terms. I find that the Consent Terms are in order and are not contrary to law. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'C1' for identification with today's date. The undertakings in the Consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.
