Through this Petition, the Petitioner has claimed following relief.
"(b) That this Court be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to repay/ reimbursed the entire accumulated and accrued amount of deposit in P.F. Account which was deposited on 25/05/11 under a scheme vide P.F. A/c. No. E-17836 for 5 years, since 2011 till 2016, by Petitioner along with the interest accrued and arrived therein till today; thereby allow the Petitioner to withdraw the entire amount accumulated till today in the scheme of retention of Provident Fund money kept for under 5 years scheme deposited by Petitioner with Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 therein."

The learned counsel for the Respondents submit that the period of the scheme has expired and as such the Petitioner is entitled to get the entire amount as per his entitlement. Vishal Parekar 1/2

In view of the aforesaid, in our considered view, the Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondents to make payment to the Petitioner as per his entitlement as expeditiously as possible.
