On what had transpired at the hearing these petitions on the earlier two occasions, learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Order, which records the consensus between the parties, by which it is stated that these petitions can be disposed of in terms of the said consent order. The Consent Order is signed by the respective authorised signatories of both the parties. They are also initialed by the Advocates appearing for the parties. There is no dispute on the signatures as placed on the Consent Order. The Consent Order is accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.
Needless to observe that on what has been agreed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the consent order, an adjudication shall now take place as regards the issue which was subject matter of the impugned order passed by the sole arbitrator.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the matter including the issue which is subject matter of the impugned order, are expressly kept open for further adjudication in the arbitral proceedings.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of in terms of the said Consent Order. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the petitions, nothing survives in the notice of motions. Notice of motions are accordingly disposed of. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
