Counsel for petitioner states that if the court can consider granting prayer clause (f), the petition itself can be disposed but requests that respondent no.3 be directed to dispose the appeals within a short period. Mr. Suresh Kumar states a reasonable time be granted and according to him 12 weeks is a reasonable time.
