The learned counsel for the Corporation states, on instructions from Mr. Milind Mehta, the officer of the Corporation who is present in the Court today, that on the expiry of the extended term of the contract for Pay and Park Scheme in respect of the location involved in the Writ Petition, the Corporation would not further extend the period of contract and would float the tender and invite quotations from the interested parties.
In view of the statement made by the Corporation, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, seeks
930.WPst.3103_2014.doc permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
We dispose of the Writ Petition by accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the Corporation, which shall be binding on the Corporation.
