Therefore, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Court Receiver stands discharged without passing of accounts. The undertaking of Mr. Dubey that if there are charges to be paid to the Court Receiver, the same will be paid by petitioners, failing which by the Advocate within two weeks of receiving a communication from the Court Receiver is accepted.
