Perused draft and it is not in a correct format. Therefore, petitioner to correct the draft and include all requisite information including name of the purchaser and details of the agreement, if any.

3. Draft of the Judge's order and affidavit must bear certain facts such as nature of transaction which are to be taken place between the proposed seller, consideration amount, compliance clause, nature of the petitioner for holding the property, if any, etc.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that till today, the petitioner could not identify the seller and such process is in progress. Hence, Ld. Advocate fro the petitioner submitted that in that regard he will take instructions from the petitioner and then he will submit the same. Hence, adjourned.
