This appeal is preferred by the appellant (original applicant) against the ad-interim order passed by the learned single Judge on 12th October, 2021 directing the office to place the interim application for hearing and final disposal on 1st December, 2021 and 1/2

8-ia-3345-21.doc refusing to grant any ad-interim relief. We are informed that the pleadings are complete in the interim application which is pending before the learned Single Judge.

Learned single Judge is requested to dispose of the interim application within eight weeks from the date of the parties placing on record copy of this order before the learned Single Judge. The parties shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment. It is made clear that the observations made by the learned single Judge are prima-facie. All the contentions of both the parties are kept open. 3.

The appeal is disposed of. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the interim application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
