Heard the learned A.G.P. for the Special Land Acquisition Officer.

This Chamber Summons is preferred by Special Land Acquisition Officer for bringing legal heirs on record of some of the claimants who expired.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the affidavit in support of Chamber Summons, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Chamber Summons. Hence, following order is passed:

13 chs1859-09 a) Chamber Summonses are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read thus: "(a) that the above Land Acquisition Reference be amended as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons;

(b) that the Special Land Acquisition Officer be directed to carry out the consequential amendments thereto."

b) Applicant, Special Land Acquisition Officer is directed to carry out appropriate amendment in LAR on or before 13.1.2017, failing which they have to pay cost of Rs.10,000/-.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant Special Land Acquisition Officer is directed to serve added claimants copy of amended Land Reference.

d) Chamber Summons stand disposed of accordingly.

e) LAR to be placed on board on 20.1.2017 under the caption 'for direction'.
