Heard Mr. Vora, Learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

Mr. Vora submitted that by order dated 13th September, 2016, this Court directed the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay to hand over fixed deposit receipts in the name of applicant i.e Benjamin Fernandes with Bank of Maharashtra, Bori Bunder Branch, Mumbai to the face value of Rs. 23,740/- and also in the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Mumbai to the face value of Rs. 44,944/-. He submitted that as the applicant has attained majority, he is desirous to withdrawing the amount lying in the Bank of Maharashtra at Bori Bunder Branch, Mumbai and in State Bank of India, Main Branch, Mumbai, as per the certificate of balance

13-JO-192-2016 issued by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay. 2.

In view thereof, applicant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 23,740/- lying in the fixed deposit with Bank of Maharashtra with accrued interest as also amount of Rs. 44, 944/- lying in the fixed deposit with State Bank of India along with accrued interest. Judges order is signed separately. Issuance of certified copy is expedited.
