Mr. Vora submitted that by order dated 13th September, 2016, this Court directed the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay to hand over fixed deposit receipts in the name of applicant i.e Jason Fernandes with State Bank of India Main Branch, Mumbai to the face value of Rs. 62,697/- as also the amount invested in UTI Balance Fund Growth Plan, Total Unit 97.553 balance units as shown in the Certificate of Balance No. 4111 dated 21st April, 2016 and Ledger No.32 issued by Account Officer, High Court, Bombay with accrued interest.

Mr. Vora submitted that as the applicant has attained majority, he is desirous to withdrawing the amount lying in the in State Bank of India, Main Branch, Mumbai as also the amount invested in UTI Balance Fund Growth Plan.

In view thereof, Accounts Officer, Bombay High Court is directed to hand over Fixed Deposit Receipts in the name of the applicant with State Bank of India, Main Branch Mumbai to the face value of Rs. 62,697/- and also the amount invested in UTI Balance Fund Growth Plan along with accrued interest.
