Registry has, after interviewing plaintiff as required under chapter IV-A(ii) of Bombay High Court (A.S.) Rules, opined that plaintiff will not be in a position to assist the court effectively in disposal of this matter.

The chamber order is for leave to amend the plaint. Without any assistance from plaintiff, considering the nature of the KJ

ORDER

(1) Chamber order listed today is for leave to amend the plaint. Since even writ of summons has not been served, I am allowing Chamber Order. Defendants may raise all their contentions in their written statement.

(2) Chamber order accordingly disposed. Amendments to be carried out within 3 weeks from today. The plaint with the writ of summons to be served on defendants within 8 weeks from today. (3) In view of the above, Chamber summons stands disposed. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J) KJ
