Learned Counsel for parties tender consent terms duly signed by the Plaintiffs and Defendant No.1, who are present in the Court, and also their respective advocates. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks disposal of the suit as against Defendant No.1 in terms of the consent terms, and leave to withdraw the suit as against Defendant Nos.2 to 13. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. The suit is disposed of as against Defendant No.1 in terms of the consent terms. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn against Defendant Nos.2 to 13. There shall be no order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules. Ad-interim orders operating as of date shall stand vacated.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the Motion as well as Chamber Summons does not survive and the same are disposed of. All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. The office to release the amount in terms of the consent terms on the authenticated copy of the order. ( S.C.GUPTE J.
