"The said amount may be disbursed after considering the order passed by the UK Court in the Appeal filed by the Respondent No.1 or by this Court in appropriate proceedings.

The direction given in the order dated 5 th October, 2018 is complied with by the proprietor of Respondent No.1 by depositing an amount of Rs.40 Lakhs with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. In view of this order, the above Arbitration Petition is disposed of.
