This petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges a review notice dated 19 September 2018, issued by the Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax, under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 ("MVAT Act"). The impugned review notice, issued by the Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax (Appeals) under Section 25 of the MVAT Act, seeks to review the order dated 27 April 2018, passed by the Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax, relating to the grant of refund for the period 2011-12.

Ms. Chavan, learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Petitioner could respond to the impugned review notice and an appropriate order on the same would be passed by Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax (Appeals) - Respondent No.3 in accordance

In view of the above statement made on behalf of the Revenue, Mr. Thakar seeks to withdraw this petition. 4.
