The learned Advocate for the Respondents states that they have till date not terminated the agreement and have only given notice to the Petitioner calling upon them to show the progress in work as agreed. He states that in the event of the Railways wanting to take any action against the Petitioner, they shall give 7 days prior notice to the Petitioner and their Advocates to enable them to move this Court seeking protective reliefs under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966. The Railways shall also forward their response to the letter dated 21st September, 2018 written by the Petitioner to the Railways. The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed of.
