It is submitted that the objection of the Respondents is that now the matters can be dealt with by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai in view of the Notification dated 21st November 2022.

In view of that, the present Writ Petitions are transferred to the Tribunal.

The Registry shall take immediate steps to transfer these Writ Petitions to the Tribunal.

The parties shall appear before the Tribunal on 21st June 2023. 2/3

The Writ Petitions and the Interim Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
