Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the impugned order is appealable under Section 35 of the Slum Rehabilitation Act. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before an appropriate authority. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
