This Court by its order dated 30 August 2016 had made it clear that the matter would be stood over to 14 September 2016 so as to enable the Petitioner to serve the petition upon the Respondent and if the service was not completed and an affidavit of service was not filed, the petition would stand dismissed for want of prosecution.

It is appears that there is some affidavit of service dated 18 June 2016 taken on record, which says that the petition was already sered on 30 March 2015. This position appears to be contrary than what is stated before the Court on 30 August 2016.

In any event event, no one appears for the Petitioner to explain all this. In the premises, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (S.C.GUPTE, J.)
