CORAM : A.K. MENON, J.

th OCTOBER, 2018 DATE : 8 P. C.

In this application under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioners and the respondent seek extension of time. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks leave to enter appearance and submits that he has no objection in time being extended but the averments in the petition pertaining to the merits are denied by him. In the circumstances considering that the recording of evidence has been completed and arguments are now to be advanced by both sides time is liable to be extended. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Petition disposed of in the above terms.
