By this official liquidator report, the official liquidator is seeking the following direction:

"(a) In view of para 10 above, this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay sum of Rs.77,819/- to Mr. Pandharinath R. Dalvi, Applicant (worker) from out of the amount lying to the credit of the Company."
