Heard the learned senior counsel and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 7. As the proposed amendment is based on subsequent events and as the petition is at pre-admission stage, proposed amendment deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).

We however clarify that if the applicant wants to apply for any adinterim or interim relief in respect of

chsw267.doc the fresh advertisement bearing 3/2016, the applicant will have to move the Court for consideration of the said prayer and earlier ad-interim relief will not govern the appointments based on the advertisement No.3/2016.

It will be open for the respondents to file a reply to the amended petition.
