Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The grievance in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that Application No.81 of 2016 filed by the Petitioner is pending before the High Power Committee but the said Committee has not even considered the prayer for ad-interim relief. 3.

Megha P_909_wpl_2956_2016.doc been informed across the Bar that the High Power Committee will be available on 7th and 21st January, 2017.

We, therefore, dispose of this petition by passing following order:-

ORDER

(i) We direct the High Power Committee to consider the prayer made by the Petitioner in the pending application for grant of ad-interim relief either on 7th January, 2017 or on 21st January, 2017;

(ii) Appropriate order shall be passed by the High Power Committee within a period of two weeks from the date on which the prayer made by the Petitioner is heard; (iii) All contentions are kept open;

(iv) The petition is dismissed on above terms.

(v) The High Power Committee to act on authenticated copy of this order.
