Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The Petitioner has through his Advocate submitted that if he is allowed to conduct the suit business, he is willing to pay Royalty of Rs.1,00,000/- per month as against the royalty amount of Rs.45,000/- per month paid by Respondent No. 1. The Petitioner herein is therefore granted liberty to move an Application before the learned Arbitrator seeking appropriate reliefs. In the event of such Application being filed, the same shall be decided by the learned Arbitrator on its own merits within a period of three weeks from the date of filing. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The learned Arbitrator shall also expedite the passing of the Award. The learned Arbitrator shall not grant any adjournment to the parties on the dates fixed for hearing unless absolutely necessary. 2.
