The Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner and the Respondent No:1 to 5 have settled the matter out of Court. The Respondent No:1 to 5 have issued a letter dated 27.03.2018 to the Petitioner and have agreed to make payment of their dues to the Petitioner in terms of the said letter dated 27.03.2018. The Learned Advocate for the Petitioner therefore prays that the above Contempt Petition be accordingly disposed off in the aforesaid terms with liberty to file a fresh Petition in case if there is any default committed by the Respondent No.1 to 5. 3.
