The Judge's Order seeks opening of a locker held by the deceased Jaya Kalantri @ Jaya Naidu. Petitioner No.1 is the husband of the deceased, whilst Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are children of the deceased. The Petitioners seek the present order for making inventory and valuation of the contents of the locker and depositing keys of the locker with the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master. The application is allowed. A separate Judge's order is signed.
