The Appellant entered into witness box and has confirmed signing the Consent Terms. Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that the Consent Terms are signed by the Chief Manager, Industrial Relations, of the Respondent Company.

Considering the fact of filing the Consent Terms, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms filed in the Court today.
