By an order dated 6 th December, 2017, the Court Receiver was appointed. However, till date the Petitioner Company had not lodged the said order with the office of the Court Receiver. The Court Receiver has therefore, moved this Court seeking the following reliefs :

"(a)The Court Receiver may be discharged in view of non-lodgment of the order by the petitioner;

(b)The Petitioner may be directed to deposit the cost, charges and expenses of Court Receiver;

(c) The costs of this report may be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same with the Court Receiver;" 1/2

The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) and is accordingly disposed of.
