Mr. Kirpekar, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court. In view thereof, he has instructions to withdraw both the Suits.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Commercial Summary Suit Nos.8 of 2008 and 9 of 2008 are allowed to be withdrawn.
