The sole plaintiff-Tulsiram R. Rander is stated to have expired on 29th January 2019. On the previous date, the learned counsel for the defendant Nos.1 to 5 had tendered a copy of the death certificate which records that the plaintiff died on 29th January 2019. Copy of the death certificate was also furnished to the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 2.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the suit abates.

Hence the suit stands disposed of as abated.
