In view of certain developments which have taken place after filing of the petition, it is necessary to add the applicants as party respondents in the above Writ Petitions. Learned Advocate for the petitioner states on instructions that he has no objection to the applicants in the Chamber Summons being joined as party respondents in the above Writ Petition. In view thereof, the applicants be joined as party respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7 respectively in the above Writ Petition.
