This Chamber Summons is for amendment to bring subsequent events on record including inter alia in relation to registered Deed of Conveyance dated 2nd June 2011. The Chamber Summons is served on all but Defendants Nos. 15 and 16, who are said to untraceable despite the fact that their Advocate entered appearance and they filed a Written Statement. I am informed that when an attempt was made to serve their Advocate, he responded saying that he has given a no objection. No other vakalatnama of any other advocate has been filed. The attempt at personal service resulted in a return of packets with an endorsement 'not traceable'.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendments to be carried out on or before 27th January 2017.

Copies of the amended Plaint will be served on the Defendants or their Advocates as the case may be. The Defendants will be at liberty to file Written Statements or additional Written Statements (as the case may be), on or before 3rd February 2017. 5.

Suit to be listed for framing additional issues on 10th March 2017.
